For your protection, vanessakandiyoti.com purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit or debit card, and must be received by someone at the billing address. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. Products purchased from vanessakandiyoti.com arrive suitable for gift giving. Each product is enclosed in signature Vanessa Kandiyoti packaging.
Vanessa Kandiyoti does offer a repair service which, if you have a repair question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed repair request, description of item(s) purchased, and your full contact details including name, address, email and telephone number.
Repairs for item(s) purchased on vanessakandiyoti.com are free of charge. You will be responsible for all delivery costs to and from our repair facility.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items, except earrings or customised pieces, within 14 days following the date of delivery and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept earring returns for hygiene reasons.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which cannot be refunded. These non-refundable charges include: sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will go through the straightforward returns process with you.
When emailing for a return, please clearly state your reason for return, and full contact information including name, address, and daytime and evening telephone number.
