Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Some of you might have taken a summer break from everyday life, some not or not yet. Wherever you are at, all I will share today is that as our bodies start slowing down, the mind struggles to adjust and keeps looking for the flaws, for what to worry about and control so that we can be kept “safe”. But what if all this was simply a way to disconnect from what is and the present moment? What if there was nothing to worry about?

On this note, I will invite you to step into the present moment, feeling your feet on the ground. As you feel your Monday calming down, how about breathing out anything and everything you no longer need.

As we venture into the depth of summer, my wish for us all is that we manage to be present, and step fully into what is, instead of what isn’t.

May we be healthy
May we be happy
May we be present

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
