After Anger comes Love

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Artwork: Ann Veronica Janssens

Good morning beautiful people,

I hope you are all keeping well during this festive season.

So what happens when you have to write a newsletter, don’t like the one you prepared the day before and need to write a new one?

Well, you sit and somehow pray that the words will come to you.

So here we go, I would like to wish you a beautiful day, wherever you might be living in this world.

May you not rush like you are about to loose your life; may you be kind to yourself and realise that everything is a reflection. When we change our inner mapping, then our outer world begins to look completely different.

The work of meditation is powerful, and not for the faint hearted, especially when we have a busy mind, especially when we are prone to anxiety. This work is about piercing through the veil of all that is illusion, one powerful breath at a time, opening our heart, to the reality that is.

So how about taking a deep breath in, breathing out anything and everything you no longer need. Letting go of whatever is in the way of your peace, because the truth is that we all deserve some peace. What would be the point in living here if it would not be to enjoy it to some extent?

Today, the title of the artwork attach is called Magic Mirror, and this piece of art changes colour according to the light that is reflected upon it. Whatever the time of the day, its always beautiful, even when it’s less sparkly.

On this note, please do let me know if you have any questions and don’t hesitate to forward this email to whoever might benefit from it.

With Love and until next time,
Vanessa
