Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Our world suffered deeply this week, and though for some of us Turkey and Syria seem like oceans away, this tragedy does affect our collective consciousness as a whole:

Energy rippling through our inner and outer worlds carrying messages of anger, despair, surrender, hope, joy, courage, sadness, victory, togetherness, aloneness and all of what comes with our human flesh.

Apparently, the gold in living this human life lies is allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and be guided to our deepest truths by the intelligence of life itself.

Free from conditioning and people pleasing.

Today, I will keep it short and sweet with one wish for us all: To act in a way that enables our soul to thrive, whatever comes our way.

May we be healthy
May we be free
May we be sunny

With Love and Deep Respect

Vanessa
