Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Last week, I said that it doesn’t have to be perfect to get started, so I got started and my podcast, Beyond Norms, is now available on Spotify ( I am waiting for Apple to approve too).

Why such a name? Because I took an anthropology class for my baccalaureate when I was sixteen years old, and realised that there were different ways to live life, that beliefs were always questionable, especially if they didn’t give us joy.

So my first guest, Carmela Fleury, is a master coach, yoga teacher, entrepreneur and the founder of the global mama village, and we are mother wild. She is smart, bold, humble and kind. She also happened to have been in that same anthropology class I was in.

On this note, I will invite you to take a deep breath in, feeling your feet on the ground and the air moving through your nostrils. When you feel ready to breath out, feel your body grounding a little more. How aligned do you feel right now? How do you “u-turn” when your alignment feels off?

Carmela will be talking about all these amazing tools that make life, so much more enjoyable, even if living beyond norms can be a little scary.

Below is the full interview and don’t forget to follow Beyond Norms on Spotify.

May this conversation inspire you as much as it inspired me.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
