From Dark to Light

Meditation, The Jewel Process

Today is officially the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice, and for some of us, it feels so deliciously good.

Summer is indeed associated with lightness, action, joy, reaping the benefits of the seeds planted during the long winter months.

When i began guiding meditations, about three and half years ago, i soon realised that nature is reflected within us, in our cycles, in the changes of seasons. There cannot be light without the dark, and as we enter the lightest day of the year, my wish for all of us, is that we bring whatever feels dark and heavy within us, to the light. Somehow finding compassion for the parts of ourselves we feel less happy with, and by meeting them, allowing them to find the space they might need to evolve, and eventually enable us to feel lighter.

In case you would like to join forces with me, and bring light to the different places within yourself, i have recorded a new meditation, and will be hosting events in Brussels, this Saturday at 10am and next week in London.

May the light be with you, always

Love, Vanessa
