Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are healthy and well, wherever you are in this world.

I have been writing to you for a little over a year now, and I sense that it is time to spice things up a little:)

So today, I am going to ask you for your help and feedback.

Is this newsletter in any way, making you feel more present and out of the drama in your head when you read it?

Is it at all making you want to practice meditation?

Is it easy to read or is my style a little complicated for you?

Do you feel more conscious of the noise and stories you keep believing about yourself?

Do you resonate with a lot of the content or very little?

Are you tired of the repetition?

Do you ever feel like forwarding it to other people or joining a morning meditation?

Lastly, how would you like to see this newsletter evolving? Any recommendations?

On this note, I am going to invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground and your sit bones on the chair you might be sitting on. As you breath out, feel the air moving out of your nostrils, and maybe the movements in your chest.

How about your belly? Can you breath into it? Conscious that this is where we hold a lot of our emotions? Do you feel called to put a hand on in and infuse compassion into it?

There is so much confusion in the world right now, on the one hand a lot of fear, and on the other peace with a slower pace of life.

Who knows where we are going but the one thing this practice is amazing with, is that it enables us to come back to what is, to the present moment. The rest, truly is unknown.

If you feel called to deepen your practice, I have recorded a new meditation and we are still meeting on zoom daily at 9:30am Brussels time.  https://zoom.us/j/6911455565 | Password: 739019

I am looking forward to reading any feedback you might have so please, dont be shy, I am asking for your help here.

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa
