Holding Space For It All

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

September 2nd means the end of summer. You might have noticed the crisp in the air ( at least in Northern Europe) and most likely the transition into a routine again.

The change in energy is not for the faint hearted, yet, as we can’t escape it so we might as well leap into it.

On this note, I will invite you to take a deep inhale and feel your feet on the ground. As you breath out, how about planting a seed within, one that grounds you for the month to come, using the available energy to take actions you have been procrastinating.

I have actually heard from many this week, that what they thought they had left behind in the past few months, is coming back to surface and that moving forward now seems more challenging.

Going forward though, is a full package and embraces our vision, joy, pain, disappointments and grief. It seems that it all comes together and perfection might just be a fleeting illusion. As author Glennon Doyle says in her book Untamed: We can do hard things.

Time might heal some, yet, some things always stay with us, so we might as well put them in a corner of our heart, tend to them as needed and move forward. This is my wish for us all today.

Please do let me know if you have any questions or comments, as they are always welcome.

May you be healthy
May you be strong
May you believe in your ability to do hard things

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
