It’s All In The Stars

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy wherever you are in the world.

Some of us are starting to taste a little freedom again, and it feels so good.  What if lockdown could have actually been a time for reinvention?

That’s how it feels for some, especially if you have given birth to a lockdown baby, but it can simply be about feeling a new wave of creativity emerging, or stepping far beyond your usual ways.

Today, on Beyond Norms, I interviewed a brilliant astrologer and artist, Sarah Basha, who guides and mentors others into their reinvention ( she does the work on herself too). Sarah somehow holds space for her clients to let go of the old, and step into new aligned ways. It truly is a gift to hear her and liberating to know that we can all step into conscious ways, at any given moment.

So on this note, I will invite your to take a deep inhale and feel your feet on the ground. As you breath out, how about letting go of anything and everything you no longer need, as if you are somehow aligning with your own North Star.

May you be healthy,
May you be happy,
May you be guided.

I hope you enjoy the interview as much as I did. Beyond norms is available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. If you enjoy it, pls remember to subscribe, leave a comment and give us five stars.

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa
