Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

I haven’t written in a few weeks and wanted to check in on you. How is your mind doing? Are you feeling present, trusting and calm or are you anxious about the future, constantly reliving the past?

It seems like we don’t have a choice but to believe the thoughts that come to us, but the truth is that we do have a choice. Choosing to actively question what we are believing into when we feel off, is our duty. Not just towards our mental health, but also towards the people who live around us. At this time of the year, we are all a little more tired and it is with a rested body, that we can achieve a rested mind. So when you feel completely out of it, maybe start by questioning your self care.

“The life we live, is tainted by how we think. Our thoughts are incredibly powerful. Choose them wisely” says quantum physicist Dr Joe Dispenza.

On this note, I am going to invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground and taking the time to pause. When you feel ready, how about breathing out anything and everything you no longer need.

It seems that at any given time, we can make a conscious effort to move from a thought of scarcity, to one of abundance. The decision is ours and the change comes with wanting change.

May we all choose carefully.
May we all love abundantly
May we all trust life and its mysteries.
