Good Morning Beautiful People,

I have missed you and hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Today, I won’t talk about politics, nor about the pandemic. Instead, I would like to share how being a mother is now throwing me out of my comfort zone, constantly, and I don’t think I was ready for that:) I actually don’t know what I was ready for, but all I know is that I am being stretched, if you see what I mean?

My birth was not the dream I expected, it was long and ended in a c section. Breastfeeding ain’t a breeze either but my heart has probably grown exponentially and my little boy is a real cutie pie, to say the the least.

So here is a little note to remind us all to breath consciously and that everything is impermanent.

As my dear teacher Pema Chodron says: “the most difficult times for many of us are the ones we give ourselves…We can make ourselves miserable or we can make ourselves strong. The amount of effort is the same.”

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa

It talks about the magic that unfolds when we center and take actions in line with our innate wisdom. It also talks about doubts that keep showing up, even when we are being guided. It also talks about how to keep going even when we feel like an imposter.
