Good Morning Beautiful People,

I have missed you and hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Today, I won’t talk about politics, nor about the pandemic. Instead, I would like to share how being a mother is now throwing me out of my comfort zone, constantly, and I don’t think I was ready for that:) I actually don’t know what I was ready for, but all I know is that I am being stretched, if you see what I mean?

My birth was not the dream I expected, it was long and ended in a c section. Breastfeeding ain’t a breeze either but my heart has probably grown exponentially and my little boy is a real cutie pie, to say the the least.

So here is a little note to remind us all to breath consciously and that everything is impermanent.

As my dear teacher Pema Chodron says: “the most difficult times for many of us are the ones we give ourselves…We can make ourselves miserable or we can make ourselves strong. The amount of effort is the same.”

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa

Good morning beautiful people, I hope that you are all safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. I dare say “the world”, because this newsletter does go out to people throughout the globe, some who might have bought an evil eye jewellery, others who have joined a guided mediation or purchased my book. You might also happen to be reading this because we crossed paths and started a conversation ( the cheaper version:).

Do Not Take Anything Personally

Do Not Take Anything Personally

Good morning beautiful people, I hope that you are all safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. Today I would like to talk about the second agreement in the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz: Do not take anything personally.

Let’s Take Our Power Back

Let’s Take Our Power Back

Good morning beautiful people, I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. The title of this newsletter may sound a little on the aggressive side, but it is by no means what I mean. Taking our power back, is about getting centred and somehow letting go of the thoughts and behaviours that deplete us. Saying goodbye to our victim mentality and instead taking responsibility.
