Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

There comes many times in life where we know change is about to knock at our door, yet, we also have the choice to say no and stick to what we know.

How delicious though, to embark on something new, an unknown path that seems like the obvious one to take.

“ Am I taking the right decision?” or
“ What am I letting go of in this process?

These questions will likely cause us to doubt, and maybe trigger a mourning process but when change is here, honouring it is the only way through.

In his book The Surrender Experiment, Michael A. Singer says: “Each of us actually believe that things should be the way we want them, instead of being the natural result of all the forces of creation.

No matter who we are, life is going put us through the changes we need to go through. There is such a great freedom that comes from realising to the depth of your being and that life knows what it’s doing.”

On this note, I am going to invite you to pause and take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground and the air moving through your nostrils. When you breath out, feel your belly expand as if you are planting an inner seed to let go.

Today’s email is short yet a powerful reminder that summer is the time to surrender.

May we feel awakened by our genuine heart.
May we feel the love that is filled with life force.
May we have a beautiful weekend.
