Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. Some of us are coming out of lockdown, like in the UK, whilst others are not seeing the end of the tunnel, like in the rest of Europe.

Anyways, this is a new reality we are forced to work with, and it’s always a better idea to stay present, than to think this will not end. Because it always does.

This week I wanted to share with you the magic in hearing Harvard professor, coach and author Martha Beck, talk to Gwyneth Paltrow on the Goop podcast about the Integrity Cleanse (link below). It’s probably not news to you that owning our word and living in integrity makes us sleep well at night.

As if it’s a constant course correction or readjustment as soon as we feel something is off. A word, an action, a way of living, we know when it is costing us instead of bringing us up.

On this note, I would like to invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling the air moving through your nostrils and your feet touching the ground. What if our experience were a reflection of how we feel within? What if with our exhale, we could visualise all of our blockages dissolving and stepping into greater alignment?

Wishing thinking I hear you say, but no. When there is a will, there is clearly a way, and Life never fails to show us the way.
