Vanessa is a mindfulness and compassion teacher who guides her clients on a journey within, using the breath and the body as an anchor to stay in the present moment and break away from the trance of our mind that makes us recreate the same patterns over again.
 
This work is about finding peace and freedom within so that you can naturally let go of what no longer serves you and welcome new ways that support you. Every meditation is different and Vanessa’s voice has been described as one of a kind, allowing her client to feel safe and held. Her one on one sessions can be done in person or online.
