Good morning beautiful people,
I do hope that you are safe and healthy wherever you are in the world.
This Saturday morning June 17th at 1030am, I will be cohosting a meditation and yin yoga session with the one and only Carmela Fleury, visiting Brussels from her home in Japan.

Otherwise, summer is around the corner, and it feels like whatever was sown in the winter, is now coming to fruition.
Our frustrated mind may wonder why all of our plantations are not yet ready to be harvested though, but what if we were to trust in the perfect timing of life? What if we were to trust in our own unfolding and the power that is beyond our eyes?
We are indeed guided at all times, and the noise that says otherwise, deserves our attention and our deep questioning.
So this is my wish for us all today, better communication with ourselves and the rest of our world, it always leads to better understanding.
We are after all, interconnected and intra- connected and have the power to stand on our own two feet in strength and in peace.
