Our Rightful State

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Artwork: Anton Prinner

Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy wherever you are in the world.

Have you ever wondered why our mind complicates things and makes us stress?

This might often be the result of conditioned behaviours put in place for protection in times of overwhelm.

Yet, there is another way, than the “neurotic” way. According to The Buddha, “ peace in the outer world comes, when we make peace with ourselves.”

So, how are you going to make peace within?

What is the first thing that comes to you?

Is it self acceptance, is it a different mindset? It does sound like it all begins with an inside job.

This is my wish for us all, that we choose to welcome peace, as we lay new solid foundations, within.

Please don’t hesitate to hit the reply button and let me know where you are at.

With love and deep respect

Vanessa from Dhaka
