In the Heart of Change

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Artwork: Ed Atkins

Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are so safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

For most of us, safety comes from deep within, and when this foundational bond has not been established, usually by our primary caregiver, for one reason or another, It is hard to feel safe in the world.

So we make stories, we fear many things, and we project our primal insecurity in all shapes or form, onto the world. We certainly don’t belong, and having a seat at the table, just because we are, is unimaginable.

If these words speak to you and you happen to have a free weekend this summer, look no further than In The Heart of Change, in the Nederlands.  www.intheheartofchange.com
