Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

One week till Christmas and sadly it looks like in some parts of the world, we are reverting back to stricter Covid rules.

May I dare say the never ending saga that separates, when what we need the most is each other?

The vax and the non- vax, the conspiracists and the main streamers, extreme wealth and poverty facing each other.  Why do we blame others, instead of taking responsibility for the world we choose to live in?

On this note, I will invite you take a conscious inhale and a very slow exhale (count to six) which helps slow down the nervous system.

On the eve of the full moon and a few days ahead of the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, how about switching on our inner light, so that we can manoeuvre these challenging times with grace, ease and as much clarity as possible.

As my favourite Canadian buddhist nun, Pema Chaudron, says with a lot of compassion: “Times are difficult globally; awakening is no longer a luxury or an ideal. Its becoming critical…It’s becoming essential that we learn how to relate sanely with difficult times.” “We can make ourselves miserable or we can make ourselves strong. The amount of effort is the same.”

May we all become strong, and find ease and compassion for ourselves and others.

May we all our inner light.

Please don’t hesitate to hit reply and let me know how you are doing.

I am also available for one on one sessions again.

With Love and Deep Respect.

Vanessa
