Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, looking after your mind and body, wherever you are in the world.

I have been absent for a few weeks, and what has consistently been coming up, is how to turn fear into love. Sounds a little cliche, but nothing equates neutralising the stories we tell ourselves. I am talking about the stories we buy into that cause us harm (and likely hurt others too). It doesn’t mean letting go of our boundaries, but it means getting closer to what we truly need.

So what is it that you need right now? What story are you buying into that is closing you down? Can you shine love into it, and actually turn it around?

Now, I will invite you to take a deep inhale, and literally tune into the questions above: what story are you buying into that is closing you down? What is it that you need right now?

When you feel ready, how about breathing out everything and anything you don’t need right now and welcome the answers that are for you.

It ain’t easy to question the validity of our fearful thoughts as we believe them all so strongly, yet, what if we were here to love? What if truly it was about honouring our needs and boundaries, instead of being afraid of being hurt?

Food for thought…

May we all live in peace
May we all love ourselves
May we all love our neighbours

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa
