Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Today I will keep it short and sweet with the following question: when do we know whether to keep hoping for what we want or to drop the hope and somehow get present to what is?

What a fine line between both and the truth is that the answer lies within each and every one of us, depending on the situation. For sure, self respect, acceptance and compassion are great components in enabling us to get real, see what is and stop hoping for what we desire without taking actions.

On this note, I will invite you to take a deep inhale, feeling your feet on the ground. As you feel your body relaxing, please breath out and ask yourself what you are still hoping for and not doing much for or putting too much energy towards without any results? There is no judgment here, just a realisation that some things are worth fighting for, and some a just fantasy and not healthy.

This is my wish for us all today, that as we materialise what is for our highest good, and take actions that answer our deepest hopes.

Pls don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions and would like to get present in meditation and prefer a different time than 930 CET.

With love and deep respect,

Vanessa
