It’s All About the Queen

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world. I had initially written a text before the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, but it no longer feels appropriate to share.

Having lived in the UK for twenty four years on and off, there has been a kind of superiority about Britain that was certainly enhanced by its monarch. She was definately a superior being and her passing is no only the end of an era, but projects the country into more uncertainty.

I pray that the UK will be prosperous with its new prime minister and king. It always been so welcoming and that can be seen in the cultural diversity and integration. Council housing included throughout the town, instead of putting them on the outskirts. The UK is cool and will remain so.

Next week, I will be back with a special newsletter about the universal language and following signs.

In the meantime,

May the brits keep making us laugh
May they mourn in peace
May they rise again

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
