The Way We Look at Life

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Do you usually trust that the magic of life will provide for your deepest needs to be met? Or, do you doubt that anything will happen for you?

There is no right or wrong answer here, yet, when we talk about a miracle, ie. our need or desire being met, we simply talk about a shift in perspective. So is the way we choose to look at life, the key to an abundant one?

Maybe yes, and what if being abundant had a different meaning for most of us? Also, you often hear that it is when you let go, that things come to you.

So on this note, I will invite you to take a deep breath and feel your feet on the ground.

As you take your time, breathing out, visualise your body letting go of anything and everything you are putting a lot of pressure on yourself for.

Life, is a mystery. Yet, as we choose to ride it’s waves, we always have a choice, to take a breath, and shift our perspective.

In the meantime, may we all see what is for our highest good and the highest good of all.

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
