The Doors of Hopelessness

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

Good morning beautiful people,

I hope that you are well and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Today I would like to talk about hopelessness. Yes, this word which is often associated with giving up, has a negative connotation yet, it seems that once we have reached this state of surrender and acceptance, things tend to take a sudden twist of faith.

Does it mean that we have to give it our all, and then somehow mourn what hasn’t unfolded the way we hoped, for a miracle to come forth?

The truth is that I don’t really know, but it seems that as we finally feel ready to give up on what we had so longed for, our energy changes and we become present to what actually is. Somehow able to see the blessings in our lives and welcome more of what is for us.

My wish for us all today, is that we learn to navigate between what is worth fighting for and what doesn’t really support our highest good. As we let go of the latter, and reach towards the former, may we all be mindful of our blessings.

In case you would like to deepen your practice, we are still meeting daily on zoom https://zoom.us/j/6911455565 | Password: 739019  at 930am Brussels time.

Otherwise, please don’t hesitate to message me if you have any comments or questions.

I welcome them with pleasure.

With Love and Deep Respect,

Vanessa
