Good morning beautiful people,

I do hope that you are safe and healthy, wherever you are in the world.

Today, I kind of feel low on inspiration.

Not because I feel low, but because this week has been so full, that I don’t even know where to begin. But if I were to best share the lesson perceived, I would quote the wise Tibetan nun Pema Chaudron who says: “ sometimes when things seem to be falling apart, they may actually be falling into place.”

On this note, I would like to invite you to take a deep inhale, and feel your belly expanding. When you are ready, exhaling slowly, breathing out anything and everything you no longer need.

So in case you are going through a challenging time, it might be an occasion to open your eyes to see what truly is in front of you, saying goodbye to the tainted mirror you were seeing through. How about finally waking up to what is, instead of what isn’t, seeing the golden nuggets that were there all along, before our eyes.

The truth is that it is never too late, what is for you, will eventually find you.

May we all see
May we all be healthy
May we all meet again soon

Please don’t hesitate to press reply and comment.

With love and deep respect

Vanessa
